Time is a theme for the Mitsubishi Motors International Badminton Three Day event this year as the Rolex Grand Slam worth $250K could be decided in the Gloucestershire Estate.

UK rider  William Fox-Pitt could pick up the Rolex Grand Slam of $250,000. However,  being a roll over year, if Andrew Nicholson wins at Rolex Kentucky in America the week before Badminton, he too could be up for it, making this years Mitsubishi Motors Badminton Horse Trials an event of double interest.

To add to the attraction of the event the reigning Olympic, World and European Champion, Michael Jung from Germany, who has yet to ride at Badminton. is intending to come and Eventer Mary King MBE and dressage rider Charlotte Dujardin OBE – both members of the GB Team at the Olympics and part of the Mitsubishi Motors sponsorship of Equestrian events with be there too.

Looks like Badminton this year is in for a good time.
