The Mayor of Swindon Cllr. Mick Bray held a Civic Reception for the victorious Swindon Robins Speedway Team and praised their victory.

Manager Alun Rossiter received a trophy from the Mayor in recognition of the teams efforts in Winning the Elite League Trophy in a dramatic play-off against Poole.

The new sponsors, Excalibur, were also at the reception.
