Wildcats steal it from ‘dogs

Swindon Wildcats started another 4 point weekend with an overtime win against the Sheffield Steeldogs. Coach Aaron Nell getting the winner towards the end of the overtime period. For the second weekend on the trot they traveled up the M4 to Bracknell, and were victors for the second time. Gallery Wildcats v Steeldogs:

Swindon Town Ladies fall at third attempt.

Swindon Town Ladies eventually played their FA Cup tie with the Spurs Ladies after the fixture was moved to Royal Wootton Bassett’s new football complex at Ballards Ash to avoid a third postponement. The match finished 4-1 to the London side after a battling show by the home side and two rather flukish goals.
